  Hotline Service  
 
We allocate a dedicated experienced specialist(s) to advice your staff on specific areas to mentor and advice your staff AS THEY deliver a programme no time is lost due to attending classrooms or seminars.
The specialists cover the areas of Programme Direction (inc SRO, Stakeholder Management, Engagement Management, Profit and Loss, Communication...), Programme Management, Project Management, Risk Analysis and Management PLUS all the services offered by E2E™ Management (Utilization of PRINCE2, ITIL, MSP, Best practice for IVVT and E2E Security)
 
  The service is offered during office hours (8:00am - 6:00pm) or in the evenings (6:00pm till Midnight) to assist your staff without removing them from the programme tasks as one would whilst in class room training.  
  We assist your senior and key staff in dealing with LIVE and REAL issues and problems with a view to resolve them using best practice and real experience rather than text book answers.  
  Onsite or one-2-one meetings to further assist the key and new staff is also available (see below)  
  The service is charged via two methods a "pay as you use basis" or on fix price basis both are subject to terms and conditions.It can be offered as a confidential service  
     
  Coaching & Mentoring Service  
 
This can be used as a standalone service or an extension of the Hotline Service which can be based on site or remotely, where your key staff can be assisted, guided, mentored and coached in REAL-TIME via a one-2-one,in
 
 
confidence or collectively via workshop or open surgeries. The service is offered during office hours (8:00am - 6:00pm) or in the evenings (6:00pm till Midnight) to assist your staff without removing them from the tasks in hand as one would whilst training.
